MedFlash support
Questions, a technical problem, or an anatomy correction? Email timurgulyi@gmail.com.
Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. For a card correction, include the deck and card name. Please do not send patient information or other sensitive medical data.
How do I study?
Choose a deck or Start studying. Try to identify the structure, reveal the answer, then rate your recall with Again, Hard, Good or Easy.
Can I study without internet?
Built-in cards and normal study work offline. Opening external attribution links or sending email requires internet.
How do I import a deck?
Use the app’s import option and choose a CSV or JSON file. CSV requires term and definition columns; notes, tags and image are optional. JSON supports a deck object, an object with a cards array, or an array of cards.
Where is my progress stored?
Decks and progress are stored locally. Deleting the app can remove them. Device backups may include app data depending on your Apple settings; MedFlash does not provide its own cloud sync.
Is this medical advice?
No. MedFlash is an educational revision tool, not a diagnostic or treatment tool. Illustrations may simplify anatomy. Report any suspected error using the contact above.
